How to check PM-Kisan, ration, and Ayushman

Scheme windows open and close. Below are government sites only. Enter Aadhaar, OTP, and bank details only on those portals.

PM-Kisan

  1. Open pmkisan.gov.in.
  2. Use beneficiary status / farmer corner with Aadhaar or registration number.
  3. If an instalment is missing, take papers to the lekpal / agriculture camp — this website cannot file a grievance.

Ration (NFSA)

  1. National portal: nfsa.gov.in.
  2. Uttar Pradesh Food and Civil Supplies: fcs.up.gov.in.
  3. Printing a card, adding a name, or changing the shop is finished at the supply office / tehsil.

Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY)

  1. Beneficiary search: beneficiary.nha.gov.in.
  2. Scheme information: pmjay.gov.in.
  3. Check the hospital list on the portal; confirm eligibility at the counter before treatment.

Cautions

Do not enter Aadhaar on a WhatsApp link, PDF form, or broker app. Type the portal address yourself. This note is dated 17 August 2026; if a URL moves, search the department’s full name.
